Simone Puzzo is the Portfolio Area Manager for Water and Energy at ILF Consulting Engineers in Abu Dhabi, overseeing major desalination and infrastructure projects across the Middle East. With more than 13 years of experience, he has contributed to landmark developments including the Taweelah and Jebel Ali SWRO plants in the UAE and several major projects in Saudi Arabia and Iraq.

Simone specialises in PPP and BOOT frameworks, supporting clients with strategic, technical, and sustainable approaches to strengthen regional water resilience.
