Mohamed Dawoud is the Senior Water Resources Specialist at the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi, where he leads programmes in water management, desalination, and reuse across the UAE and wider region. His work supports the integration of sustainable water, food, and energy strategies in arid environments.

Mohamed has over 30 years of international experience spanning 15 countries and serves on several regional and global advisory boards. His research and consultancy work promote innovation in desalination, climate resilience, and sustainable resource governance.
