BIOGRAPHY

Liviu Mantescu is the Founder and CEO of Watergenics, leading the development of water treatment technologies for industrial and environmental applications. His work combines scientific research with entrepreneurial execution, driving product development, partnerships, and the commercialisation of scalable water solutions.

Liviu brings over 15 years of experience in environmental economics, with prior roles at the Max Planck Society and the University of California, Berkeley. He has also provided advisory work for the European Commission, WWF, and the European Environmental Bureau.
