BIOGRAPHY

Holding a master's degree from France's School of Mines, Flavien Maire has 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry as a Reservoir Engineer and Reservoir Development Team Leader. He began his career with a focus on reservoir simulation. He then contributed to projects worldwide, from Indonesian gas fields to offshore Gabon oil fields and Coal Seam Gas to LNG projects in Australia.

In 2015 Flavien joined ADNOC Onshore as a reservoir manager for a major waterflooding field. Recently, he transitioned to ADNOC Upstream's Thamama Center as Waterflood Specialist, endeavouring to advance the Waterflood Excellence program and improve water management in ADNOC's upstream activities.
