BIOGRAPHY

Arata Nakamura is a Project Director at the Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security (JOGMEC). He began his career with Japan National Oil Corporation, now JOGMEC, in 1984. With 40 years of experience at JOGMEC and INPEX CORPORATION, he has expertise in oil and gas field development and upstream technology research. 

Since 2015, Arata has been engaged in developing ceramic membrane-based produced water treatment technology and is now promoting its commercialization.
